How Your Photo Shoot Works
Placing Your Order
We are in Austin but you don't have to be. Ship your products to our studio and we can begin your project.
- Send us your shot list
- Send us example photos by using an existing photo or you can take a photo with your cell phone
Photo Shoot
Once your package arrives at our studio we will begin your photo shoot.
- Turn-around time is about 5-7 business days depending on the size of project.
- We offer rush service if your are in a pinch and need your photos fast. Turn-around time for rush is 3 business days from the time we receive the product and the order is placed. There is an additional cost of $20 per photo.
Shipping Process
Once we have discussed the details and confirmed your order, you can ship your products to our studio. Send us your best products and package them with care insuring your product is secure. We do not pay for return shipping. When you ship us your products add a return label with your package. Now just sit back and relax while we start shooting your products. If you are a local to the Austin area we will come to you; saving you time and money.

Review Your Photos
Once we have shot your new photos we will send you the proofs so you can verify the images.
Our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your photos.
- If you were specific in how you wanted your photos to look and we did not achieve that we will fix it at no additional charge.
- If you change your mind or decide you want to change direction completely, there is an additional charge for the reshoot.
- Any minor Photoshop adjustments can be made at no additional charge.
Return Shipping
After you have approved your photos we will ship your products back to you. Please include a return label when you ship your product to us.
Download Your New Photos
Once your photos have been finalized, we'll send you a link to your online folder where you can download your new high resolution product photos.
Your Photo Shoot is Complete
That was easy! Now you have the best product photos and can watch your sales increase. Staying ahead of your competition is key!
Marketing Graphic Process
How Creating Your Graphics Work
Placing Your Order
We are in Austin but you don't have to be. We can create your graphic from scratch or you can send us your images via email. Choose what type of graphic(s) you want us to create.
Infographics:
Infographics are perfect for showcasing key features of your product to your customers. They point out why your product is better than your competition.

What we need from you:
- Send us your product image to be converted into an infographic. (If you do not have high resolution images, we would be happy to shoot them for you!)
- Next we need a description describing the key features to be highlighted. Please include the exact wording you want to be used. Be sure you check the spelling and grammar, this is not our responsibility.
- After we have all the text and image(s) we will begin putting together your new infographic.
Product Composite:
This process involves us taking two or more images and combining them to create a seamless lifestyle photo.
What we need from you:
- Send us the product image(s) that you would like implemented into your lifestyle photo.
- Before we start your composite, we need to review all your images to make sure everything will work. All images need to be at least 3000px x3000px. It is very important to have the right perspective to sell the illusion. If you do not have high quality images, we would be happy to shoot them for you.
- Next provide us with what you want type of background you want your product placed on.
- Once the images that you sent are verified, we will start your composite. This includes matching the lighting and retouching making sure your product looks realistic.

Marketing Graphics:
These graphics are ideal for social media, a website banner, promotional material, etc.

What we need from you
- Send us your product image(s) to be placed into your graphic. If you do not have high quality images, we would be happy to shoot them for you.
- Next we need ant wording you would like implemented into your marketing graphic. Be sure to check the spelling and grammar, this is not our responsibility.
- After we have all the text and image(s) we will begin putting together your new marketing graphic.
Designing Your Graphics
Once we receive your images(s) we will begin designing your graphic.
- Turn-around time is about 5-7 business days depend on the size of project.
- We offer rush 3 business days turn around from the time we receive the image(s) and the order is placed for +$40 per graphic.
Review Your Graphics
Once we have created your graphic we will send you the proof(s) so you can verify the graphics.
Our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your graphics.
- If you were specific in how you wanted your graphic to look and we did not achieve that we will fix it at no additional charge.
- If you change your mind or decide you want to change directions completely, there is an additional charge to redesign.
- Any minor Photoshop adjustments can be made at no additional charge.
Download Your New Graphics
Once your photos have been finalized, we will send you a link to access your new, beautiful graphics.
Your Graphics Are Complete
That was easy! Now you have the perfect graphic to promote your business. Now watch your sales increase while staying ahead of your competition.
